SPN would like to highly recommend Linkedin. A great website for making new contacts online. Join a related group and enter into the various topical discussions or create your own and see if it is of interest to anybody.
It works a little bit like a "spiders web" because once you invite a friend, colleague or a new person to join your own network, it begins to link them all together by various degrees of seperation and before you know it, as I have recently noticed, in less than one week I have over 100,000 new business contacts who I can now introduce myself and my company to..
